•29-20 days before departure: 50% of total cost
•19 days or less before departure: 100% of total cost

•Visa rejection: ₹15,000 fee + actual Visa fees paid
•30+ days before travel: 10% cancellation charge
•15-30 days before travel: 50% cancellation charge
•Within 15 days of travel: 100% non-refundable

•Booking deposit: ₹30,000 per person (if >45 days before travel)
•Additional ₹45,000 deposit due within 1 week of booking
•For travel within 45 days: ₹75,000 deposit required at booking
•Full 100% balance payment due 21 days before travel
•Non-compliance with payment leads to booking forfeiture
•Passport must be valid for 6 months from departure
